Crime Case Studies 2024

The 2024 Edition!

FACT: There are 39 dot points in the crime topic of the syllabus.
FACT: There are 39 contemporary examples in this book.

Each and every dot point in the syllabus is covered in a two-page spread. Firstly, a case summary details the key facts of a real life criminal case and draws out the relevant legal issues. Discussion points are then raised to facilitate class interaction. Comprehension and revision questions give students a way of testing their understanding. Each dot point also has “sample case integration” - where the author, an experienced Legal Studies teacher, models how the case may be used in a structured HSC response.
